It should be consumed on an empty stomach at least one hour before or two hours after eating followed by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Increasing your typical water intake when using this detox product is essential. After the first week, you can increase your dosage slowly working your way up to two teaspoons per day. One teaspoon in the morning and one at night. Keep in mind that as your dose increases, so should your water intake! This product can only be taken with water and on an empty stomach.
