Deep Sleep Mode Reviews: 3 Women Tell Us How It Influenced Their Sleep
What would you do if you could sleep 8 hours every day? This is a question millions of people all over the world ask themselves every day. In fact, over 70 million people in the USA are either unable to fall or to stay asleep (1), with consequences that can wreak havoc in their lives. Similarly, 48% of Australian adults report sleep-related problems (2) and the same happens in Europe (3). If you’ve ever found yourself tossing and turning all night long, then you understand how important it is to sleep well through the night. And good sleep quality does not only mean falling asleep fast: it also means getting enough hours of rest and in the appropriate sleep stages.
When you find yourself unable to rest properly, this can affect your physical and mental health, leading to fatigue, moodiness, brain fog, accidents, and even other health issues like diabetes or heart disease. Fortunately, you don’t have to stay in a pit of despair and sleeplessness forever: there are all-natural, easy solutions that can help you recover those necessary ZZZs without annoying side effects.

For example, these 3 women went through hell trying to fall asleep for years and even decades, unable to find effective, long-term solutions. But all of that changed when they tried Deep Sleep Mode. Here are their stories:
#1 - Lynnie Hadn´t Been Able to Sleep Since She Was 12…
It’s amazing what happens to our bodies when we go to sleep. In addition to healing themselves, our bodies process our emotions and fix memories, making room in our brains to store more experiences the next day. However, when you don’t sleep well, your body goes into survival mode. Your emotions are thrown out of whack, you feel tired all day long and stress can appear, even if you’re not a naturally anxious person (4).
Additionally, sleep deprivation can affect the way you relate to others. If you don’t sleep well, you may easily overreact to situations that would not normally bother you, as even the smallest problem can be amplified. Of course, this can end up in conflict with your loved ones, who may not understand what is going on with you.
And these are not the only side effects of sleeping poorly! Lynnie H. tells us more about her experience with insomnia in her review of the Deep Sleep Mode:
Thanks to my beautiful and persistent daughter, never accepting my insomnia, she ordered 2 containers of Happy Mammoth Deep Sleep Mode Powder, one for me and one for her husband. I’m 64, stopped sleeping at age 12, also started menstruating at age 12, believing my insomnia has been hormonal-driven? Not sure if this was the case? Who knows?? History now… HOWEVER, I am now on my second container of DSM and I sleep! I’ve slept right from the very first night I used DSM. It is an absolute miracle! I still thank my beautiful girl, whenever I see her, for my sleep. Now it’s time to thank Happy Mammoth, thank you Happy Mammoth, thank you!!! I’d hate to think what I’ve spent in $’s and time on doctors appointments, prescriptions, natural remedies, hypnotherapy, psychology, hospital stays, meditation sessions etc. Being sleep deprived made my primary school, high school, parenting and working years a true struggle. It was pretty damn awful to say the least, causing anxiety and forever feeling like whatever I did, was just not good enough. And then there’s my family, I hate to think what I’ve put them through all these years! So, how do I feel now that I'm sleeping? I’m happy, I smile a lot, I feel confident, I’ve stopped overthinking anything and everything, life in general is so much easier and SO much happier! Thank you, thank you, thank you Happy Mammoth! Cheers, from she who sleeps 🥰.

There are many reasons behind insomnia, and many times they can be hard for specialists to pinpoint. As a result, you may end up spending years of your life looking for a solution while you struggle to have a hold over your life. If this sounds like you, you should know you don’t have to go through hell while looking for endless treatments that don’t work. Instead, you can try out our Deep Sleep Mode, just like Lynnie H. did.
#2 - Melatonin Couldn’t Keep Up Amy’s Sleep Needs, So She Made the Switch
If you’re sleep-deprived, you may have been tempted to try anything that can help you fall asleep. But however effective these remedies may be, you need to consider that many solutions have side effects that can end up affecting your life. For example, melatonin (also called the “sleep hormone”) is suggested as a safe way to fall asleep fast, but taking too much of this supplement can bring about undesired effects and should not be taken in the long term (unless indicated by your doctor). Some of these side effects include headache, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, anxiety and even mild depression (5).
Amy G. reviews Deep Sleep Mode, her previous experience with melatonin supplements and what happened to her after making the switch:
After being reliant on melatonin every night for a year, my mum gave me a few scoops of Deep Sleep Mode to try. Not only did I fall asleep just as easily as when I was taking melatonin, I woke up feeling more refreshed. Before Deep Sleep Mode I woke up feeling like a train wreck, as my sleep has been disrupted by my toddler waking me several times a night. After a few weeks of taking Deep Sleep Mode, I had 3 people comment that I looked really rested, no longer tired. I can definitely see the difference looking back at photos of me before. Thank you, Happy Mammoth! Now you should make one for children! 😊

Deep Sleep Mode helps you not only fall asleep but stay that way throughout the night. It is a unique combination of 11 natural ingredients that support unbroken sleep while providing you with higher levels of energy to get you through the day. Plus, it can improve your mood and other symptoms of hormonal imbalances that may be the cause of your insomnia in the first place.
Thanks to its passionflower (passiflora incarnata), traditionally used in the treatment of anxiety and insomnia, Deep Sleep Mode helps you achieve restful sleep. Passionflower has been proven by research to increase levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a chemical known to help the brain regulate mood.
Also, low magnesium levels, especially in women, can be a major contributing factor in sleeplessness. A study on insomnia patients found that magnesium made them sleep much better (6). Another study found that magnesium extends the amount of time we spend in deep sleep by a whopping 65%! That's why Deep Sleep Mode gives you 400mg of magnesium — an amount shown to work in many research studies.
#3 - Stacey Is Now Dreaming Again
When you go to sleep, you go through different cycles and stages, of different lengths and levels of depth. As you progress through your nightly sleep, the cycles change and re-start.
- Stage 1 is the light sleep that takes place when you’ve just fallen asleep. It typically lasts 1-5 minutes, during which your brain starts to slow down and your body drifts off to deeper sleep stages.
- Stage 2 refers to the phase where your body enters relaxation. There’s a drop in temperature and heart rate while your eye movements stop. Most of the time, people spend half their sleeping time in Stage 2.
- Stage 3, also known as deep sleep, is where your body is even more relaxed and it’s difficult to wake up. During this period, your body starts healing itself, boosting your immune system and creating memories.
-
Stage 4 or REM is the last stage in your sleep cycle and essential for cognitive functions like learning and creativity (7). During this time, you start dreaming more vividly and your muscles stop moving with the exception of your eyes and the muscles that control your breathing.
Sleeping poorly does not only mean you can’t fall asleep, but also that you don’t spend enough time on the stage you’re supposed to. Insufficient REM, for example, can lead to problems with memory and concentration during the day (8). Stacey M. knows this first hand. Here she tell us about her experience getting more REM sleep and reviews all the other benefits of the Deep Sleep Mode:
I've been taking this for almost a month; onto my second bottle now. I used to buy whatever valerian root supplement was on sale at the grocery store, and found it helped a little. I thought I'd try this supplement after googling for valerian supps. Firstly, the claim of better sleep latency is not false, at least for me. I definitely fall asleep faster. Secondly, I used to suffer with lower back/hip pain that would sometimes wake me. That doesn't happen anymore and I believe it's due to the boosted turmeric. Thirdly, I know I'm achieving more REM sleep, because I'm having longer and more vivid dreams. (This isn't a claim made by the company, but my dreaming has actually become more lucid, which is fun!). I still wake up occasionally. What I will say though is that after being roused, I fall back asleep much faster - often pretty instantly. This hasn't always been the case in the past. I can't vouch for the weight loss or gut repair claims at this stage, but honestly this supplement is totally worth it for what it does for my sleep. I'm not being paid or compensated to say this at all - I genuinely like the product. For those who struggle falling asleep and staying asleep, I'd say give it a try. It's far more effective than anything you can buy at a supermarket or pharmacy. I suppose a downside could be the large-ish capsule size (pictured), but for me that's not an issue. I'd far rather swallow four capsules than drink a powdered product. Definitely repurchasing :)

What Stacey claims is true! Deep Sleep Mode helps you not only fall asleep but also stay asleep through the night, getting all the rest you really need. This happens thanks to its natural ingredients, namely:
- Reishi, a mushroom that has been used in Asian medicine for hundreds of years, speeds up the process of falling asleep and extends deep sleep periods, too (9).
- Valerian root combined with hops, which can cut down the time it takes you to fall asleep by a half! (10)
- Magnolia extract, which balances your stress hormones and helps you relax, making it easiest to fall and stay asleep (11).
- GABA, a natural amino acid that soothes your nerves and helps you get rid of racing thoughts that may hinder proper rest (12).
