DR. AIMÉE SHUNNEY, ND

Dr. Aimée Shunney is a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) supporting women with integrative medicine since 2001. Dr. Aimée blends conventional medical diagnosis and treatment with evidence-based natural therapies including diet, exercise, lifestyle coaching, nutritional supplements, and herbal medicine. She specializes in women’s health and bio-identical hormone balancing as well as peri/menopause, menstrual issues, sexual medicine, thyroid optimization, stress management, digestive health, and cardiometabolic risk management.


At Happy Mammoth, Dr. Aimée shares her deep understanding of integrative and functional medicine - with women’s health in particular - to create educational content and support the clinical team with feedback on product formulations. Her 25+ years of clinical experience and unique integrative approach to women’s health make her an indispensable asset to the Happy Mammoth team.

DR. ANNIE SAVAGE, N.D, MSCP

Dr. Annie Savage’s Naturopathic expertise centers around improving women’s hormonal health. A Saskatchewan native, she completed her Bachelor of Science with a minor in Nutrition at the University of Alberta. She then earned her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona. Dr. Savage discovered her passion for naturopathic solutions through her love of science and personal experience with chronic migraines. After completing training in medical aesthetics and focusing on women’s health, Dr. Savage developed an online coaching program called The Symptom-Free Period System, which helps women naturally balance their hormones and significantly reduce symptoms related to menstrual cycle fluctuations. She also works as an adjunct faculty member as a clinical supervisor at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster.
