Your order will usually be processed on the same or next business day. Whether it’s same or next business day depends on the time of your order. Generally speaking, orders before 12pm will be processed same day. Orders after 12pm are generally processed the following.

This happens in 95% of cases. Please note that due to matters out of our control, processing may take a little longer in rare cases. If you order on the weekend, your order will be processed on the NEXT business day. Orders are NOT processed and fulfilled by our warehouse on weekend days.

This will vary depending your location. We have 3 different shipping options within the US:

1. FedEx Next Day Air *
2. USPS First Class Mail 4-7 Days
3. FedEx Ground Economy 2-5 Days

If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we offer the following options:

1. FedEx Ground Economy 10-14 Days
2. USPS Priority Mail 3-4 daysIf you live in Canada:1. DHL Parcel International Direct 3-9 days
These timeframes depend on when we receive the order, as our warehouse works Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm EST. Please note that orders do not ship on weekends or major holidays.Keep in mind that once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we don’t have any control over when it will arrive.The delivery speed can vary, as it depends on several factors related to the carrier, such as traffic congestion, adverse weather conditions, incorrect addresses and/or customs processes in your country of residence.These factors and others not listed can significantly affect the prompt delivery of packages, and unfortunately, these circumstances are not within our purview. Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days with the packing slip included with the product.
